By engaging MACH Design for website design, development, or related services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

MACH Design provides website design, web development, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

• A deposit is required before work commences (amount agreed per project)
• Final payment is due on project completion before handover
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design and code created for your project becomes your property. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any third-party credentials required to complete the project. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect the agreed timeline.

Limitation of Liability

MACH Design is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
